long distance sale.
As the volume of paperwork continues to increase, the organization of this information becomes more critical. Should your tax advisor, attorney, exchange company, or real estate agent on a connected purchase need information, we will both have it at our fingertips.
Although you are long distance, with the use of our system
and technology you have control of your transaction, and can

We are an Alameda based company which means we know better than anyone how to sell real estate in the Bay Area. Although we are based in Alameda I grew up in the east bay and am intimately familiar with the arsurrounding areas of Albany, Berkeley, El Cerrito, Oakland and San Leandro.
